The Burselm has long suffered from the inappropriate dumping of loose and broken sounds: foul moaning idiot chattering clanking humping honking wailing and the like the area around Ogden’s Creep being particularly noteworthy and cause for concern with warnings from the Parish that the whole place could ‘go up’ at any moment. There’s no money in the budget for riots or civil unrest.

If these sounds were merely sounds, they could be nullified by anti-noise technology but Cement Town scientists have concluded that these unwanted vibrations are more akin to a kind of lively mould. With options severely diminished by both lack of funds and expertise, a decision has been made to employ the Burselm Crypt company to collect these awful sounds and ship them out of the town via the medium of CDR, to landfills around the world.
